HOST' (Humanitarian Open Source Touch') is a non-profit association which has for mission to promote the exchanges of skills and resources between the various actors of the solidarity by using a platform of Web collaborative work.

How could you help us?
We suggest you to take over, without any financial counterpart, of a main part of your needs in terms of organisation and realisation for your information systems allocated to your projects, by providing you with computing solutions, based on free systems and open source softwares optimised and compatible, to answer concretely to your lacks of human, material and financial resources.

How can we reach there?
For that purpose, we need to understand and to know your working environment to adapt it in our collaborative platform. That's why we would like at least in one of this case to:

1st part: A survey gathering the information which will allow us to know better your organisation and your domains of application and intervention.

2nd part: A survey in order to define your tools of work and project management to estimate needs in human and material resources onto the platform HOST ' where all our contributors will be able to answer.

All the useful information collected with your organisation will very quickly contribute to turn this tool into an great professional, functional and effective coordination.
Of course, the data that will be communicated will only be exploited for the technical evaluation and the study of the platform features. They will not be revealed to any third parties neither used for commercial purposes.

Our step.
We wish through this project of model ethics to show that when we get involved for united and humanitarian initiatives, it is more important and evident to concentrate on what we can make in terms of actions and helps rather than know how.

Once the project started, volunteers and professionals can work remotely on your projects without any financial part from you.
